My fascination with fish and the waters they inhabit is among my earliest memories. Fly fishing came soon after. This is my twenty-fifth year guiding and running a drift boat on The Upper  Delaware River System.

Stefan floats the East, West & Mainstem of the Delaware for both trout and bass.

Irwin Mallory

Being a third generation Catskill fly fisherman Irwin has over forty years of experience in these famed waters.  His trout stalking days began on the Batavia Kill and the Scoharie Creek in the Northern Catskills.  The Exopus, Beaverkill, and Willowemoc are also an intricate part of this fishing resume.  Sharing this knowledge with beginner and experts alike is a focused passion.  He has run a marathon on all seven continents with his fly rod in tow.

The scope of our guided fishing trips covers a lot of ground.  On our closest waters, the Beaverkill and Willowemoc Rivers we offer half and full day guided wade fishing, we don't float those rivers.  Close by is the East, West & Mainstem of the Delaware River and on all those rivers we have the capability to offer a half or full day wader trip and a full day float trip, water permitting, (half day upon request).

One other part of our fishery that we can arrange is to walk into the Neversink Gorge which is a large swath of state owned property that has limited access.  This is a very fun experience but does require a full day and a reasonable amount of walking.  We have a few guides with the experience to do this and we suggest making arrangement far in advance.

We also offer half and full day wade trips on the Esopus River which is North of Roscoe.  It is a smaller river that is part freestone and part tailwater.  It has a very good fish per mile ratio but they tend to be on the smaller size range.  Its a fantastic wading river where we have a high success rate.  We have regulary guided this river for years even though some consider it outside of our traditional fishery.
